FREE SHIPPING

In order to keep your cost down and our pricing simple, we either provide Free Shipping or we charge a fixed shipping charge per item. This charge, if any, is listed on the product detail page and covers ground shipping in the continental U.S. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Beware of companies who mask their shipping charges and policies. Shipping large or heavy items can be quite expensive, so make sure you know what costs you will incur in your order when shopping around.

Some products that we carry are unusually large or heavy and have fixed shipping charges; this information is noted below the shipping information on the product detail page. We also offer Free Shipping on select items; look for FREE SHIPPING! also located with the shipping information for product.

We keep it simple–our pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive, which saves you time and energy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we can only ship orders to destinations in the 50 United States and its official territories. In select cases, we may not be able to ship an order to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping / Delivery Times
Shipping time from our warehouse to you is in addition to any product lead-times noted. Standard delivery for accessories and other small furniture items are via FEDEX Ground service.

Larger items are shipped via specialized, freight trucking companies. Due to the size and weight of furniture pieces, these delivery times vary more widely than those for smaller items shipped via FEDEX. Although we cannot provide exact delivery dates for items shipped in this manner, our friendly customer service representatives will help you track your shipment and will assist in contacting the shipping company to help you plan for the delivery. For all ground deliveries, you must be present to sign for and inspect your furniture.

We will keep you informed of your order status by e-mail on an ongoing basis.

Inspecting Your Delivery
Montana Log Outfitters offers fine log furniture, and makes every effort to ensure that these products are packaged and delivered by the most reputable and qualified shipping companies. Despite these precautions, the possibility does exist that your order may arrive with minor transit damage, or, in rare instances, with a minor manufacturing defect.

When your order arrives, please take the time to inspect it to ensure that the paperwork is accurate, the correct number and type of items have been delivered, and that the shipment is free from any damage or defect. It is imperative that you make a report of any damage or defect immediately upon delivery by noting the problem on the freight carrier's Bill of Lading and contacting our Customer Service. Montana Log Outfitters is unable to accept responsibility for any damage that has not been noted on the Bill of Lading, or any defect that is reported more than 24 hours following delivery. Do not assemble defective furniture unless you are able to disassemble it for packaging into its original shipping containers for return to us.

When you make a report of damage or defect to Montana Log Outfitters's Customer Service department, we will take immediate action to remedy the situation.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
